U na\u0161oj ponudi imate jednodnevne i vi\u0161ednevne izlete, a trenutno smo u izgradnji <b>prvog glamping resorta<\/b> na ovom podru\u010dju koji \u0107e uz smje\u0161taj i brojne outdoor aktivnosti gostima dati puno vi\u0161e od mirnog sna i aktivnosti u prirodi!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e870a37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e870a37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Osobna pri\u010da...<\/span><\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8fc03a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e8fc03a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>Svaka pri\u010da je jedinstvena na svoj na\u010din, pa tako i moja! Kao tined\u017eer sam se zaljubio u rock glazbu i htio biti kao \u0160tuli\u0107, koji je pjevao o Balkanu s Fender gitarom. Fender kao jedan dobar brend ima i svoju visoku cijenu koju ja kao tada\u0161nji tinejd\u017eer sa svojim d\u017eeparcem nikako nisam uspio platiti. Otac Jako, profesionalni fotograf, ponudio mi je posao, tj. da idem s njim fotografirati vjen\u010danja i tako skupim novac za Fendera. Otac me nau\u010dio osnovama fotografiranja na tada\u0161njem 35mm Nikonu f100, i tako sam zbog gitare po\u010deo fotografirati. Kupio sam Fendera! Rodila se ljubav, ali ne prema Fenderu kojeg i danas sviram, ve\u0107 prema fotografiji! Kao svaki fotograf po\u010deo sam istra\u017eivati razli\u010dite fotografske stilove i motive, a onaj kojem sam se uvijek iznova vra\u0107ao bili su pejza\u017ei. A za dobar pejza\u017e treba ti lijepa priroda. Bogu hvala na Livnu i ovim ljepotama koje nam je dao u okolici. I tako se gradio moj fotografski put! Fotografirao bih ljude za novac, a prirodu i \u017eivotinje za du\u0161u.<\/em><\/p><p><em>U Zagreb sam oti\u0161ao na studij filma i TV produkcije gdje sam stekao poprili\u010dno dobro obrazovanje, iako sam ono najbolje sticao u praksi na filmskim setovima. Kao osoba se nisam prona\u0161ao u velikom gradu, i stalno bih koristio priliku za povratak u Livno, \u0161to zbog mamine zeljenice, \u0161to zbog prirode i na\u0161ih prostranstva koja su mi nedostajala. Odlu\u010dio sam ostaviti poslove u Zagrebu i vratit se ku\u0107i! Poprili\u010dno nelogi\u010dna odluka iz perspektive prosje\u010dnog \u010dovjeka jer se u to vrijeme iz Livna i okolnih gradova iselio najve\u0107i broj ljudi. A ja sam se vratio! Mo\u017ee\u0161 misliti koji pametan potez! Nastavio sam raditi u obiteljskoj firmi koja se bavi foto i video produkcijom, a nastavio sam fotografirati i snimati svoj zavi\u010daj. Kako danas sve kad-tad zavr\u0161i na internetu, tako se dogodilo i mojim fotografijama i video zapisima. Svi koji su vidjeli fotografije ostali su iznena\u0111eni prirodom u kojoj \u017eivim a posebno ljepotom divljih konja na planini Cincar. Tako su mi se privatno po\u010deli javljati prvi gosti koji su \u017eeljeli posjetiti Livno. Zadovoljstvo kojim su svi oti\u0161li dalo je snagu za razvitak mojih ideja o turizmu u Livnu.<\/em><\/p><p><em>A onda se otvorio Linnovate, tehnolo\u0161ki park i poslovni inkubator, gdje sam prijavio svoj poslovni plan. Komisiju koja je radila selekciju poslovnih planova nije ba\u0161 odu\u0161evio moj poslovni plan, ali sre\u0107om do\u0161ao je do Mate Rimca. Matu sam znao otprije a i sura\u0111ivali smo snimaju\u0107i video za njegovu firmu, Greyp Bikes. Nakon \u0161to je pro\u010ditao moj poslovni plan, javio se sav odu\u0161evljen na moj facebook. Mislim da nisam mogao dobiti ve\u0107i poticaj i vjetar u le\u0111a! Registrirao sam firmu i po\u010deo s radom. Na\u0161 prvi izlet bio je Foto safari s divljim konjima, poludnevni izlet i sigurno na\u0161a najve\u0107a atrakcija. Veliku pa\u017enju posvetili smo marketingu jer smo destinacija koja ima ogroman turisti\u010dki potencijal a nema svoju turisti\u010dku zajednicu. Tako smo se dali u marketin\u0161ke kampanje s na\u0161im videom i fotografijama. Poslovni plan o izletu s divljim konjima prijavili smo na poziv ViaDinarice, koja je na\u0161 projektni prijedlog odabrala kao jedan s najvi\u0161e potencijala te su nam odobrili grant sredstva za unaprije\u0111enje na\u0161eg poslovanja. S vremenom smo uvidjeli da u Livnu nemamo adekvatan smje\u0161taj u prirodi i odlu\u010dili smo se za izgradnju vlastitoga. Kupili smo gra\u0111evinsko zemlji\u0161te iznad Bu\u0161kog jezera i po\u010deli s novim projektom izgradnje glamping resorta. Dodatnu podr\u0161ku pru\u017eio nam je USAIDov projekt Diaspora Invest kroz koji smo sklopili suradnju s firmama Rimac Automobili i Greyp Bikes, te dobili dodatna grant sredstva za gradnju resorta. Firma je nakon nepune 2 godine rada stekla zna\u010dajna poslovna partnerstva, konstantno ulagala u promociju i nove sadr\u017eaje, te se dokazala kao odr\u017eiva poslovna ideja. Ove godine realiziramo prvu u nizu investicija i mo\u017eemo biti ponosni da smo svojim radom zadobili Matino povjerenje, koji je svoju po\u010detnu moralnu podr\u0161ku ove godine pretvorio u investiciju te postao ponosni suvlasnik Continental Adventura.<\/em><\/p><p><em>A sve je po\u010delo zbog Fendera pa preko filma i fotografije do\u0161lo do turizma... ti putevi su zaista \u010dudni, ali \u0161to dalje kora\u010damo putem, korak je sve sigurniji iako ne zna gdje \u0107e ga put na kraju odvesti. Mene put nije odveo, mene je put vratio u moje Livno! Ovdje sigurno \u017eivim najsretniji \u017eivot! Nadam se da \u0107e i vas neki put dovesti u Livno i da \u0107ete kada do\u0111ete sigurno razumjeti za\u0161to sam napustio veliki grad i vratio se u svoje malo Livno, zbog \u010dije je ljepote i As a teenager, I fell in love with rock music and wanted to be like \\u0160tuli\\u0107, who sang about the Balkans with a Fender guitar. Fender, as a good brand, also has a high price, I, as a teenager at the time, could not possibly pay it. Father Jako, a professional photographer, offered me a job, i.e. I photographed weddings in order to save money for Fender. My father taught me the basics of photography on a 35mm Nikon f100, and I started taking photos because of guitar. I bought the Fender! Love was born, not for the Fender I still play today, but for photography! Like any photographer, I began to explore different photographic styles and motifs, and the one I would always return to was landscape. And for a good landscape, you need beautiful nature. Thank God for Livno and this beautiful surrounding He gave us! So, that is how my \\u201cphotography path\\u201d was built! I would photograph people for money, but I would photograph nature and animals for the soul.<\\\/em><\\\/p><p><em>I went to Zagreb to study Film and TV Production. I got a pretty good education, although the best one I gained was in practice on film sets. Not seeing myself in a big city, I would constantly take the opportunity to return to Livno. Not only because of my mother's zeljanica (local dish), but because of the nature and expanses I missed. I decided to leave all my jobs in Zagreb and come home! A rather illogical decision from the perspective of the average man, because at that time the largest number of people moved out of Livno and its surrounding towns. I returned back home! How smart! I continued to work at a family company, engaged in photo and video production, and continued to take photos and record my hometown. As everything ends up on the internet sooner or later, so did my photos and videos. Everyone who saw the photos were surprised by the nature in which I lived, especially by the beauty of wild horses on Cincar Mountain. Privately, I began to communicate with the first guests who wanted to visit Livno. The satisfaction with which everyone left gave me the motivation for developing ideas for tourism in Livno.<\\\/em><\\\/p><p><em>And then Linnovate, a technology park and business incubator, opened. I reported my business plan to them. The commission that did the selection of business plans was not exactly impressed, but luckily it went to Mate Rimac. I knew Mate before and we collaborated by making a video for his firm, Greyp Bikes. After reading my business plan, he messaged me via Facebook. I don't think I could have gotten a bigger encouragement! I registered the company and got started. Our first excursion was Wild Horses Photo Safari - a half-day trip and certainly our biggest attraction. Being a destination with a huge tourism potential with no tourist board, we paid great attention to the marketing with our photos and videos! We submitted a business plan on a Wild Horses Excursion at the invitation tender of ViaDinarica, which chose our project proposal as the one with the highest potential. They approved grant funds to improve our business. Over time, we realized that we do not have adequate accommodation in Livno in nature and decided to build our own. We bought a building plot above Bu\\u0161ko Lake and started a new project for the construction of a glamping resort. Additional support was provided by USAID's Diaspora Invest project through which we concluded cooperation with Rimac Automobili and Greyp Bikes, and received additional grant funds for the construction of the resort. After less than 2 years of work, the company acquired significant business partnerships, constantly invested in promotion and new content, and proved to be a viable business idea.
