Slika koja prikazuje proizvod na web stranici mo\u017ee ne odgovarati stvarnom izgledu proizvoda te kupac ne mo\u017ee reklamirati ovaj segment.<br>Ukoliko kupac odabere opciju preuzimanja proizvoda, a kupac ne mo\u017ee preuzeti proizvod zbog tehni\u010dkih problema nastalih na serveru prodavatelja, prodavatelj se obvezuje poslati e-mail s novom opcijom preuzimanja za koju kupac ne snosi nikakve tro\u0161kove.<br>U slu\u010daju da kupac ni tada ne mo\u017ee dovr\u0161iti preuzimanje uzrokovano tehni\u010dkim problemima na serveru prodavatelja, kupac je du\u017ean o tome kontaktirati prodajnu slu\u017ebu prodavatelja koja \u0107e ponuditi adekvatno rje\u0161enje koje ne\u0107e sadr\u017eavati nikakvu naknadu \u0161tete. ili daljnje tro\u0161kove od kupca. Uplata se ne vra\u0107a, no gosti uvijek mogu pomaknuti svoju rezervaciju za drugi datum ili upla\u0107eni iznos iskoristiti za bilo koje druge usluge koje Continental Adventure pru\u017ea.
