Doma\u0107in \u0107e identifikacijske isprave gosta zadr\u017eati samo za vrijeme potrebno za izvr\u0161enje prijave boravka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Gosti su sami du\u017eni brinuti se za svoje stvari i dragocjenosti ostavljene u smje\u0161tajnim jedinicama, a vlasnik ne odgovara za njihov eventualni nestanak. Kada izlaze vani, gosti obavezno moraju zatvoriti vrata i prozore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">U odsutnosti gosta doma\u0107in nema pravo ulaziti u iznajmljenu smje\u0161tajnu jedinicu. Iznimka su osobite okolnosti zbog kojih je neophodno u\u0107i - radi opasnosti i sprje\u010davanja nastanka \u0161tete. O svom ulasku vlasnik je du\u017ean izvijestiti gosta u njihovom prvom sljede\u0107em kontaktu. U slu\u010daju opravdane sumnje doma\u0107ina da je napravljena \u0161teta, gosti su obavezni omogu\u0107iti mu ulazak u smje\u0161tajnu jedinicu radi provjere situacije.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">U interijer i eksterijer smje\u0161tajne jedinice strogo je zabranjeno dovoditi osobe koje nisu korisnici tog smje\u0161taja. Tako\u0111er, unutar iznajmljene jedinice \nmo\u017ee boraviti samo onaj broj osoba za koliko je jedinica i predvi\u0111ena. Ukoliko budu prona\u0111ene osobe koje nisu registrirane ili bude prema\u0161en kapacitet iznajmljene jedinice, doma\u0107in ima puno pravo otkazati smje\u0161taj svim gostima. U tom slu\u010daju doma\u0107in zadr\u017eava sav novac, kao i depozit!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Molimo goste da \u010duvaju iznajmljenu smje\u0161tajnu jedinicu i odnose se obzirno prema namje\u0161taju i opremi u interijeru i eksterijeru ku\u0107e. Nije dozvoljeno \npremje\u0161tati namje\u0161taj iz jedne prostorije u drugu ili iznositi opremu iz interijera u drugu smje\u0161tajnu jedinicu, izvan ku\u0107e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Gost koji namjerno ili nehotice po\u010dini kvar ili \u0161tetu na imovini, morat \u0107e doma\u0107inu nadoknaditi puni iznos nastale \u0161tete. Vlasnik objekta mo\u017ee tra\u017eiti \nod gosta depozit za svaku rezerviranu smje\u0161tajnu jedinicu. Gost upla\u0107uje depozit na dan dolaska u rezervirani smje\u0161taj. Depozit se u cijelosti vra\u0107a \ngostu na dan odlaska, ukoliko ostavlja smje\u0161tajnu jedinicu u stanju koje je zatekao na dan dolaska. \nIznosi depozita po objektima: \nA-Frame Home \u201cKame\u0161nica\u201d - 100,00EUR \nGlamping Dome \u201cZoran Tadi\u0107\u201d - 100,00EUR \nTreehouse \u201c892\u201d - 100,00EUR \nVilla Cincar \u2013 500,00EUR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><b>PU\u0160ENJE UNUTAR SMJE\u0160TAJNE JEDINICE JE STROGOZABRANJENO! <\/b> \nUkoliko doma\u0107in uo\u010di da se ovo pravilo nije ispo\u0161tovalo, ima pravo gostima momentalno otkazati smje\u0161taj uz zadr\u017eavanje cjelokupnog iznosa najma kao i depozita! U objektima postoje i alarmi za \ndim, ukoliko se isti aktivira radi cigarete, gostima \u0107e momentalno biti otkazan smje\u0161taj!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Ku\u0107ni ljubimci su dozvoljeni isklju\u010divo uz odobrenje doma\u0107ina za odre\u0111ene smje\u0161tajne jedinice. Napominjemo kako uvo\u0111enje ku\u0107nih ljubimaca u \nsmje\u0161tajne jedinice mo\u017ee uzrokovati dodatne tro\u0161kove \u010di\u0161\u0107enja ili zamjene inventara u smje\u0161atnoj jedinici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Vrijeme check-outa za svaki objekat istaknuto je prilikom rezervacije objekta! Molimo goste da po\u0161tuju ovo pravilo kako bismo bili omogu\u0107nosti \npripremiti smje\u0161tajnu jedinicu za nove korisnike. Produ\u017eetak boravka je mogu\u0107 uz prethodnu suglasnost doma\u0107ina. Prekora\u010denje vremena check-outa doma\u0107in mo\u017ee dodatno naplatiti u iznosu od 15,00EUR po svakom zapo\u010detom satu (a u villi Cincar 50,OOEUR). Objekt koji je gost unajmio du\u017ean je ostaviti u stanju u kakvom ga je zatekao na dan dolaska - urednog i neo\u0161te\u0107enog<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><b>PRAVILA KORI\u0160TENJA BAZENA I JACUZZIJA<\/b> \nKori\u0161tenje spa jedinica isklju\u010divo na vlastitu odgovornost. The host will retain the guests\\u2019 identification documents only for the time necessary <br>to complete the registration process.<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li>Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables left in the accommodation units, and the owner is not liable for any potential loss. <br>When leaving the unit, guests must ensure that doors and windows are properly closed.<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li>&nbsp;During the guests' absence, the host does not have the right to enter the rented accommodation unit. The only exception is in special circumstances <br>where entry is necessary to prevent damage or danger. The host is obliged to inform the guest of such entry at the first available opportunity. If the host <br>has a justified suspicion that damage has been caused, guests are required to allow entry to the accommodation unit for inspection.<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li>It is strictly forbidden to bring individuals who are not registered guests into the interior or exterior areas of the accommodation unit. Additionally, only <br>the number of people for which the unit is intended may stay in the rental unit. If unregistered individuals are found or the unit\\u2019s capacity is exceeded, <br>the host has the full right to cancel the accommodation for all guests. In such a case, the host retains the full amount paid, including the deposit!<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li>Guests are expected to take care of the rented accommodation unit and treat the furniture and equipment inside and outside the house with respect. It is <br>not permitted to move furniture from one room to another or to take interior furnishings outside or into another accommodation unit.<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li>A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage to the property must fully compensate the host for the damage. The owner may request a <br>deposit for each reserved accommodation unit. The guest must pay the deposit on the day of arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded on the day <br>of departure, provided that the accommodation unit is left in the same condition as it was on arrival. <br>Deposit amounts per property: <br>\\u2022 A-Frame Home \\\"Kame\\u0161nica\\\" - \\u20ac100.00 <br>\\u2022 Glamping Dome \\\"Zoran Tadi\\u0107\\\" - \\u20ac100.00 <br>\\u2022 Treehouse \\\"892\\\" - \\u20ac100.00 <br>\\u2022 Villa Cincar \\u2013 \\u20ac500.00<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li><b>SMOKING INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION UNIT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! <br><\\\/b>If the host detects a violation of this rule, they have the right to immediately cancel the guests' accommodation while retaining the full rental amount and <br>deposit. All the houses are equipped with smoke alarms; if an alarm is triggered due to smoking, guests' accommodation will be immediately cancelled.<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li>Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the host for specific accommodation units. Please note that bringing pets into the accommodation unit may result in additional cleaning or inventory replacement costs. The check-out time for each property is stated during the booking process.<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li>Guests are kindly requested to adhere to this rule so that the accommodation unit can be prepared for new guests. Extending the stay is possible only with <br>prior approval from the host. If check-out time is exceeded, the host may charge an additional fee of \\u20ac15.00 per started hour (or \\u20ac50.00 per started <br>hour in Villa Cincar). The rented property must be left in the same condition as found upon arrival \\u2013 clean and undamaged.<\\\/li>\\n<\\\/ul>\\n<div>&nbsp;<\\\/div>\\n<ul>\\n<li><b>POOL AND JACUZZI USAGE RULES <br><\\\/b>Use of spa facilities is at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised by their parents when using these facilities. <br>Before entering the spa unit, showering is MANDATORY, and the use of any type of shampoo, oil, or similar products that may alter the water\\u2019s pH balance is <br>STRICTLY PROHIBITED. <br>Jumping into the pool and using glass containers that may cause injury are strictly forbidden. <br>Urinating in the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited.
