• To ensure you have a pleasant and peaceful stay, we would like to inform you in advance of a few important details regarding access to and stay at the resort.

• The last 1.2 km of the access road to the resort is a gravel road. It is normally accessible for passenger vehicles, but during periods of heavy rain the uphill section may require a bit more attention. In such cases, we simply recommend driving slowly and with extra care

• All houses are located in a forest setting, which provides peace and a natural atmosphere. We regularly carry out professional pest control in all units (documentation can be provided upon request). However, due to the natural environment, occasional insects or rodents may appear. Guests are kindly asked to keep doors and windows properly closed to reduce the possibility of them entering the houses.

• Tap water is not drinkable. We provide 5 liters of drinking water per stay. If you require more, please bring additional water according to your needs.

• House rules apply on the property. Although the houses are separated, guests are expected to behave appropriately and respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Loud music and noise after 10 p.m. are not allowed, nor is any behavior that may disturb other guests.

  Note: Parties late into the night are only permitted with prior agreement with the owner.

• If you feel that these conditions may not suit you, we kindly ask you to consider whether this type of accommodation is right for you before making a reservation.
