House Rules

• Upon arrival at the accommodation unit, guests must present their personal documents (passports or ID cards) for all persons to the host for registration
  purposes and pay the remaining balance for the accommodation. The host will retain the guests’ identification documents only for the time necessary
  to complete the registration process.

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables left in the accommodation units, and the owner is not liable for any potential loss.
  When leaving the unit, guests must ensure that doors and windows are properly closed.

•  During the guests’ absence, the host does not have the right to enter the rented accommodation unit. The only exception is in special circumstances
  where entry is necessary to prevent damage or danger. The host is obliged to inform the guest of such entry at the first available opportunity. If the host
  has a justified suspicion that damage has been caused, guests are required to allow entry to the accommodation unit for inspection.

• It is strictly forbidden to bring individuals who are not registered guests into the interior or exterior areas of the accommodation unit. Additionally, only
  the number of people for which the unit is intended may stay in the rental unit. If unregistered individuals are found or the unit’s capacity is exceeded,
  the host has the full right to cancel the accommodation for all guests. In such a case, the host retains the full amount paid, including the deposit!

• Guests are expected to take care of the rented accommodation unit and treat the furniture and equipment inside and outside the house with respect. It is
  not permitted to move furniture from one room to another or to take interior furnishings outside or into another accommodation unit.

• A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage to the property must fully compensate the host for the damage. The owner may request a
  deposit for each reserved accommodation unit. The guest must pay the deposit on the day of arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded on the day
  of departure, provided that the accommodation unit is left in the same condition as it was on arrival.
  Deposit amounts per property:
  • A-Frame Home “Kamešnica” – €100.00
  • Glamping Dome “Zoran Tadić” – €100.00
  • Treehouse “892” – €100.00
  • Villa Cincar – €500.00

• SMOKING INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION UNIT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
  If the host detects a violation of this rule, they have the right to immediately cancel the guests’ accommodation while retaining the full rental amount and
  deposit. All the houses are equipped with smoke alarms; if an alarm is triggered due to smoking, guests’ accommodation will be immediately cancelled.

• Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the host for specific accommodation units. Please note that bringing pets into the accommodation unit may result in additional cleaning or inventory replacement costs. The check-out time for each property is stated during the booking process.

• Guests are kindly requested to adhere to this rule so that the accommodation unit can be prepared for new guests. Extending the stay is possible only with
  prior approval from the host. If check-out time is exceeded, the host may charge an additional fee of €15.00 per started hour (or €50.00 per started
  hour in Villa Cincar). The rented property must be left in the same condition as found upon arrival – clean and undamaged.

• POOL AND JACUZZI USAGE RULES
  Use of spa facilities is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised by their parents when using these facilities.
  Before entering the spa unit, showering is MANDATORY, and the use of any type of shampoo, oil, or similar products that may alter the water’s pH balance is
  STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  Jumping into the pool and using glass containers that may cause injury are strictly forbidden.
  Urinating in the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited. Children who are not yet able to control their bodily functions must wear swimming diapers.
